Tee-pee Sleepover Pricing and Packages

Tee-pee

2 tee-pees - £100.00

Extra tee-pee after 2 - £40.00 each

The base of all of our tee-pee sleepover packages includes (standard items):

  • Theme of your choice

  • Thick foam mattress with a mattress protector (160cm L x 80cm W)

  • Wooden tee-pee structure with a material tee-pee cover

  • White cotton sheet, duvet and pillow (standard)

  • Fleece blanket (colour according to theme)

  • Breakfast tray (white, standard)

  • Fairy lights per tee-pee (battery operated)

  • A variety of scatter cushions to match the theme

  • Hanging bunting to match the theme

  • White lanterns with battery-operated candles (standard)

  • Artificial flowers in vases to match the theme

  • Other decor according to the theme of your choice​

Many of the above can be made bespoke to your requirements.

Tables & Chairs Pricing and Packages

Children's Package:

Per guest - £27.50

Minimum of 4 guests.

This setup is suitable for children aged 3 - 9 years old.

The base of all of our table & chair packages includes
(standard items):

  • Your choice of theme

  • White table (55cm L x 55cm W x 45cm H)

  • White chair (overal 62cm H x 30cm W x 33cm D, 33cm seated area)

  • Table decor (overlay, vases with artificial flowers, battery-powered lanterns, charger plates)

​Children's Package includes:

  • Paper plate

  • Cup

  • Serviette

  • Bamboo knife, fork and spoon

Please note: Each table can seat 4 people comfortably, with each additional table providing seating for 2 guests.

Picnic Pricing and Packages

Picnics

Children's Package:

Up to 6 guests - £140.00

Additional table - £100.00 each

Adult & Teen Package:

Up to 6 guests - £160.00

Additional table - £120.00 each

The base of all of our picnic packages includes
(standard items):

  • Your choice of theme

  • Wooden picnic table (140cm L x 80cm W x 40cm H) 

  • Ground sheets/blankets

  • A variety of scatter cushions

  • Table decor (overlay, vases with artificial flowers, battery-powered lanterns)

​Children's Package includes:

  • Paper plate

  • Cup

  • Serviette

  • Bamboo knife, fork and spoon

Adult & Teen Package includes:

  • Under plate

  • Dinner plate

  • Side plate

  • Water/wine glass/flute

  • Serviette

  • Knife, fork and spoon

Please note: Each table can seat 6 people comfortably.

Can fit a maximum of x 8 mattresses

  • Bell tent with ground cover

  • Theme of your choice

  • Thick foam mattress with a mattress protector (160cm L x 80cm W)

  • Fairy lights (battery operated)

  • Throws and carpets

  • Hanging bunting to match the theme

  • White lanterns with battery-operated candles (standard)

Please note: We can only accommodate the maximum number of mattresses per bell tent, and we can accommodate fewer than the maximum amount per setup.

Our bell tents are available from April to September and are weather-dependent within reason.
