Terms and Conditions – Slumber Nights UK

By booking with Slumber Nights UK, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties involved.

1. Quotations & Invoicing

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Should you require any changes or additions, a revised quote will be provided.

  • Payment of a deposit or the full amount confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  • Payment details are provided on your invoice. Please use your invoice number as a reference when making payment via bank transfer.

2. Bookings

  • A minimum of 4 days’ notice is required to book your event.

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your chosen date. This payment must be made via bank transfer.

  • Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

  • The remaining balance is due no later than 72 hours before your event. If payment is not made, Slumber Nights UK reserves the right to cancel or withhold delivery and setup of your event.

  • We do not accept cash on the day.

3. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before your event date will receive a full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

  • If cancelled within 14 days, you may reschedule your event within 28 days, subject to availability.

4. General Terms

  • All setups will be done at a suitable time in the morning of your event. Collections are pre-12 pm the next day. 

  • All equipment and décor are provided for hire only and remain the property of Slumber Nights UK at all times.

  • Any purchased items or extras (e.g., personalised items) are yours to keep. Slumber Nights UK is not liable for any loss or damage to these items.

  • We accept no liability for any injury or damage caused by misuse or negligence of our equipment or services.

  • All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between events. Bedding and linen are washed using non-bio detergent.

  • All lights and lanterns are battery-operated. We ask that a responsible adult ensure they are switched off and safely stored at the end of the night.

  • Open flames or candles are strictly prohibited in and around our setups.

  • While we do not provide food, any allergy or health concerns must be disclosed at the time of booking so we can observe proper safety measures.

  • All of our teepees are UKCA certified, ensuring compliance with UK safety standards.

5. Damage or Loss

  • The client is fully responsible for any loss or damage to equipment or décor while in their care.

  • Any items damaged or lost will be charged at full replacement value.
